From your peripheral blood smears, labs, and case files, in a digital viewer, on a scope camera, or uploaded, it assembles the case, taking the dictation fatigue and sign-out backlog with it, and giving you hours back.

For licensed hematopathologists.
Giomo reads your lab report and lifts every value into a checkable table, flagging what’s out of range.
Giomo weighs every slide and value, then drafts the impression: the diagnosis, ready for your sign-off.
Giomo reads the field and marks each cell it can name, with a confidence on every call.
Giomo grades the red cells, platelets and white cells on every field, and rates how sure it is.
How it got there
From an empty case to that report, while you did the one thing only you can: read.
No signup. Takes about a minute.
As you work through slides and dictate findings, Giomo watches your screen, files each capture into the right place, and transcribes labs into structured values. You just read aloud.
Once your slides, labs, and notes are gathered, Giomo gets to work: it reads every slide, marks the cells and grades the morphology, structures the labs, and drafts the diagnostic impression. The report builds itself while you move to the next case.
Giomo flags every abnormal value, notable cell, and low-confidence call into one ranked queue. Click a flag and it takes you straight to the spot. Inspect it, confirm or correct, check it off. Nothing gets buried.
Question any cell and Giomo answers from the morphology, and it won’t just agree. Call a cell a blast and it may counter, “more consistent with a lymphocyte,” with its reasoning; you refine, it concurs. A real second read.
Data & security
Giomo drafts. You decide. Every report carries your judgment, and your signature, before it is final.
Giomo assembles and drafts. It never signs out a case. Every value, every flagged cell, and every impression waits for your review. Giomo is clinical decision support and does not replace the judgment of a licensed hematopathologist.
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are building Giomo to HIPAA standards ahead of general availability: signing Business Associate Agreements with our cloud and AI providers, and moving all processing into a HIPAA-eligible environment. Controls to delete captures on your own schedule are on the near-term roadmap.
Every call ships with a confidence score, so you always see how sure Giomo is. We are establishing a concordance program that measures Giomo’s flags against signed-out cases, and will publish those results as the dataset grows.
Giomo is designed with a practicing hematopathologist who reads these slides every day.
Start a case, read your slides, talk. Giomo does the rest. Request access to the private beta.
